It was my first visit to this specific salon, but I've seen 'few' before in my life - so can compare the service. I had a manicure, nothing fancy - just basic service. I had it at 5 pm and the next morning - 2 nails started 'loosing' it...one nail was 'rough' on the end (bad naik filing) and that's where my polish was chipping off...in less than 1 day...wow. The only place I've visited was the concert in the evening after the manicure - no dish washing or any house work done. When I've stopped by the next day to complain, she was very rude - said that she does not know what I've been doing since I got it. This lady has no clue as to what the service should be, let along being humble and at least admitting to the obvious quality problems. As you understand - that was my last visit, will not recommend it - not worth the risk of being upset - there are enough good places out there instead.
My nails and toes arE always beautiful. Prices are reasonable. I love Lien. She's an artist.
I've been going here for years for my mani-pedi. Lovely people! Oh and the massage chairs are super relaxing! Walk-ins are accepted, but best to get an appointment to be safe.
Lien Spa & Nails is still the best nail salon around. I come here for acrylic fills, pedicures and eye brow waxes. It is wonderfully run by Lien and her sisters. Each time I come in, they treat me like family. I would never go anywhere else. They do an impeccable job. I really don't understand the bad reviews on here as anytime I ever had an issue, which has been maybe 2 in 15 years, they would fix it without any question, even if it were days later.
Painful pedicure, my nails aren't even. I have been picking nail polish off skin. When I said that hurt out loud she ignored me.
