Also -I've been seeing Ashley about year now and have a very troubled back. Fused spine T4-L4 to treat scoliosis for the past 24 years. I'm pretty active but not super athletic.
Anyway, if you want a medical massage that really deals with tension and knots she will work with you to get movement back and decrease pain even if it's longterm issues. She had helped me with scar tissue, old knots, even TMJ. I am thrilled to have recommended her to others who also have only good things to say!

Corinna is the best hair stylist in Anchorage. I have been here 5 years and tried several different places. Corinna is an expert in color and gave me a fabulous cut. I am very happy with her work and the price.
This salon is great, but the woman who does the nails is so unprofessional and rude, never going back! She was talking bad about people. That's just plain trashy!
What a great experience! This nail spot had very recently moved to this location inside of a spa. There are just two chairs, it's very intimate and clean! I forgot my nail technicians name, but she was so kind and attentive. She gave me a list of a bunch of other places to visit while I'm here in Alaska and the mani / pedi she gave me was one of the best!!
I did a regular polish pedicure and a shellac manicure. I don't know how she picked off all my cuticles without cutting me! She got so low and was really meticulous about giving me a neat look. Also, she didn't rush through my favorite part of a mani/pedi: the massage! It was just so enjoyable! The fact that she was so easy to talk to was a major plus.
They don't usually take walk ins but she was able to accommodate me since they weren't busy. I wish every experience was like this one.
Gorgeous salon! I have gotten several different services done here and have been pleased with them all! Ashley is an amazing masseuse who knows how to find your knots quick and make it hurt so good!! I saw her religiously while pregnant and it helped significantly!
