I forgot the girls name who waxed me but she did great and I'm hoping to get waxed by her again, she's the one with a pixie haircut and she's part French- part Hawaiian she told me.  I didn't have any bruising or bleeding!  She's the best in my opinion.

I meant to post sooner!! I got a legs and arms waxed here and the guy literally ripped up my skin. I felt like he didn't know what he was doing. He kept waxing over and over in the same spot. I took the pictures a few hours after getting the waxes. This was the worst wax experience and not worth the money I spent. If you want to have your skin ripped open....come here!!

Erica is such a wonderful person. An absolute pleasure. Went in for a Brazilian wax and she completely took my mind off of any pain. We talked and talked the entire time. I had such a wonderful experience :) She was also very thorough and her attention to detail was wonderful. 20/10 would recommend to anyone.

Purchased a Groupon after a coworker recommended this place. Called to schedule my facial and was told they are not taking appointments at this time until at least August. The Groupon expires in July. The girl got snippy with me when I asked her what I am supposed to do with my Groupon I bought. Her less than helpful response was to call Groupon and try to get my money back. I won't be trying them even if they do start scheduling. Not with that type of attitude.

I cannot say enough great things things about this facility! Nichole has been doing my lash extensions for several months now and I couldn't be happier. I was going to another location and was extremely dissatisfied. The lady did not listen at all to what I wanted and I ended up with clown lashes when I said I wanted something natural. Nichole saw me even on her days off to help me transition to a more natural look. She went over different options with me as far as length and curl. Great customer service!
