I had an appointment that I waited 3 weeks for. I couldn't remember the exact time so I called on a Sunday and Monday and repeatedly got a voicemail message saying the salon was closed and open Tues-Friday. I never received a confirmation call for my appt and when I called first thing on Tuesday it again went to voicemail from 9am-11:30am. I finally was able to speak to someone and she told me my appt was MONDAY at 1:30... how if the salon is close then?! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SALON ETIQUETTE. I will NOT patronize them and I suggest you don't either.
I had my hair cut and highlighted by Emily. It looks amazing!! Such a difference from when I came in. I am very happy and will definitely be back. She was nice and knew what she was doing. Highly recommend!
