The empty chairs should have been my queue. I wanted to give them a chance not once but twice. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Substandard service. Too thick on gel application. Charged 30.00 for the fill and 20.00 for polish? I believe the substandard service is done on purpose but that's just my opinion! Think twice.
I've been here three times (tried to give them a chance). Each time my nails are rushed, polish job is sloppy, and the shape of my acrylic nails look like they are melted and not even. Have not been back and don't plan to.
I've went to this salon about four times in the recent months for a nail fill. I've noticed they have charged me different prices each time. I started off paying $30 for a acrylic fill and gel polish. This last time I went it was $41. The only reason I can think of is they don't allow tips on your card. So the gentleman, I've had every single time, adds his own tips! I love the job he does, but he can be abrasive and rude at times. He acts like you're bothering him when you come in.
Secondly, the women that I always see doing pedicures. Don't let her touch your nails. She does a much better pedicure. She offered to wax my eyebrows, which I took her up on. She almost took every piece of hair off my eyebrows. They were not arched. She also gave me two eye brow pencils with Korean writing. I took them because I didn't want to be rude. For a gel fill and eyebrow wax it was $57 dollars!! That woman charged me $3 each for those silly eyebrow pencils. Never go here. The location is convenient, but they are shady and rude!
On a positive note, the staff was very friendly. Very good selection of nail polishes. I got a pedicure and my nails were done well. I did feel rushed. One of the main reasons I get pedicures is because I like to relax but they were so quick to get it over with. I felt like they should take more time to really make sure they're doing everything especially if you're going to pay $27. They didn't really scrub the calluses or dry skin on the bottom of my feet. Overall, I would go again but will have to make sure they take their time.
Had my nails done got the power dip on 12/01 about 12:30 went to. Subway notice that my nails look dull o one hand went back so she could get together she did,got home the they were all messed up chipped, I did call back on Monday she asked if could come back I did same results!!!
NOT ENOUGH POWER DIP AND TOP COAT HAD TO GO BACK TO CASTLETON NAILS,BEAUTIFUL JOB!!!
Will not go back to bebe nails!!
