Beauty Zone Full Services Salon in Sacramento, CA

I made an appointment and she is a no show. The appointment was for noon and she's supposed to be open 10-7:30. Terrible. I had a wedding the next morning so this was a terrible inconvenience.

ZERO STARS the dragon lady that owns it does not have a license displayed so I don't think she has any professional training, have called several times no answer or call back, I did a walk in and got a hair cut that was not what I asked for oh and did I mention there is NO PRICES anywhere on how much she charges, and when I went to pay I was charged 10 dollars for a basic mans hair cut the sign outside advertised a much lower price!!! I think she makes up the prices as she goes along, she never touched the cash register but just stuck the money in her pocket, The place has been painted very poorly, and decorations don't exist real shady looking and the smell I don't know if it's dog pee or ??? I kind of suspect it's not legit?? Also no labeled clean untinsels or dirty , combs and all tools are reused every time don't think there is any cleaning process ? ???? ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK !!! I know I won't Oh btw there is no Linda that works there I asked.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Owner is rude, disrespectful, and deceitful. She, lied about their service and wouldn't honor their own groupon deals. Purchased service from groupon, then they wouldn't honor it when i showed up for an appointment. Plus the place is messy and dingy like an old abandoned house. i give them 0 stars. first i called but they don't answer the phone, so i stopped in to ask about the groupon deal, i spoke to Tracy, who was immediately rude and angry, she said she doesnt make any money with groupon and blamed her daughter for setting it up, I said I purchased it and they should honor it. she complained to me that she only makes $6 per coupon and that i should cancel the groupon deal and i should pay her $13 plus and extra $2 for tax. i told her i cannot cancel it because of the groupon policy, so i made an appointment to come back, when i arrived for my appointment, (The groupon deal was 48% off or $13 for a manicure AND pedicure) she claimed it was only for a pedicure and she didn't have time to argue and i should leave. i mentioned many people purchased the deal and then she told me to leave. Avoid this place, its cheap for a reason. The picture here is NOT of the salon. Its fake

NO Stars! Worst service ever, they were rude and would not honor their groupon deal! Paid for mani-pedi and they claim it was only for manicure, even when i showed her the groupon voucher for both. They're service sucks and they lie about their service, avoid them!

The Groupon deal ($25 for $12.50) I bought for this place was an absolute joke! When I told the nail lady (the only one) that I had a deal, she frowned and immediately suggested that I call Groupon to request a refund and to instead pay her $25 for a pedicure. She also said that her boss would be mad if she accepted it. And while she was telling me this, she avoided eye contact which was a sign she was lying. She seemed shady and the place was old and dingy without a single customer. Perhaps this place should change its name to "Shady Zone with Low Class Service".
