If you dont mind waiting, this place is for you. I have to wait over an hour each time I go in there even though I make an appointment. I don't like l have to wait for so long even though I make an appointment. One time I got sit down after a long wait, then she disappeared to somewhere and had to wait some more for her return. My gosh, what kind of service is that? I dont like how I am treated. Very sad and disappointed.
Absolutely TERRIBLE, if I could give zero stars I would. Repeat customer here, came in for a simple hair cut; she did the complete opposite of what I asked for. Wanted a clean up trim, instead got an undercut bob, lost three inches of hair and one side is a solid inch longer than the other. She said my face mask was to blame...but hello, I'm not wearing it on the back of my head?! I was so dissatisfied that, after objecting three times that she wasn't following my direction of a TRIM, I actually got out of the chair and left mid-hair cut, I'd rather cut it myself. I will never go back. Save your money for someone who will actually listen to you.
Nice ladies but not a good nail polish. My polish came off within 24 hours not really a good pedicure experience either. Shop is old and not too clean and organized. I was not from the area and followed google reviews instead of yelp-Big mistake
I am not sure why this place has a 4.7 rating . I should of known better based on the location but due to having an event and the high rating I gave it a shot . The lady who did my nails was awful. The owner Theresa had to take over , but I don't think nails is there specialty even though they advertise hair and nails . The ladies were nice but my nails look awful !! No stars to give
-0 stars ! Save your money & don't go there ! My girlfriend a well mannered dentist took 2 appointments from Teresa only for her not showing up on time for both ! The second day she got her 20 minutes late only to get treated like crap ! Teresa was extremely rude to her and was very condescending. A business needs customers not the other way around. My girlfriend only chose that place because it was closer to her work. My advice to Teresa : its better if you keep your personal problems out of business , don't be rude and hyper so you not fit the stereotypes.
