I read the reviews and made an appointment. It was a great experience! Christina does care about people and their hair. She gave me a wash, conditioner and treatment that felt and smelled great! I had braids before and the treatment was necessary. Then she trimmed me up. I am very pleased with her service and the salon is convenient to travel to. You will not be disappointed. My husband loves it!

My mom made an appointment for my younger brother to get his hair retwisted. We arrive at the appointment time the next day, only to be told the woman is out of town AFTER my brother waited nearly an hour in the salons I don't understand why the appointment was even confirmed if the person was unable to make it. Wasted our time and energy.

Christine is professional and my hair always looks great when I leave her shop. A well needed addition to the Buford area! Truly glad I found her.

A relative recommended Christine. The salon is medium size, in a good location however parking is to come by because of the gym, other salons and retail establishments in the same complex. I only saw 1 stylist (Christine) and 1 assistant. The salon was slow there was only 1 other customer in the shop. The ambiance was nice. Christine's salon is ran professionally (no loud music, TVs or voices). Prior to scheduling an appointment, I spoke with the assistant and was quoted approximately $50 for a shampoo, condition & trim. I explained the length and texture of my hair and that it was natural (no chemicals). I thought that price was reasonable give or take $10. I never asked for a conditioning treatment, nor was I aware that one was being given. A trim turned into Christine cutting off at least 4" of my 'bra-strap' length hair, she claimed my hair was damaged and she needed to cut that amount to rectify the situation. She did a good job on flat-ironing my hair. It was very straight with lots of body when she was done. HOWEVER, she quoted me $90 for the total cost, I was NOT going to pay $90, after being quoted about $50-$60!!! Eventually she agreed to give me a $20 discount and I paid $70. I will not be returning to Christine, I don't appreciate, nor do I like unscrupulous business practices, don't quote me 1 price and then try to increase it $30-$40 dollars. I would recommend this shop if you are not on a budget and desperately need your hair professionally done. In the future I will go back to the GA School of Cosmetology and get my hair done for $35 - $45.

Christine is a classic hair dressing pro and there's not too many left like her. She takes her time and always gets any hair style you want exactly how you want it. She also does excellent weaves for a reasonable fee. Her shop atmosphere is always relaxing and comfortable with great discussions. So give Christine a try you will not regret it.
