Went in for a gel manicure, the first lady who started working on my nails randomly placed 2 acrylic nails on my fingers when I had said I didn't want acrylic nails. Then proceeds to do it anyways. She then leaves and says she does know how to do polish with fake nails (all of my nails were real except for the 2 random ones she put fake nails on). Then another worker comes over & takes the random fake nails off & I ask for a regular gel manicure (which is what i had asked for in the beginning) & he does the messiest job leaving the polish bubbled up on my nail & opaque because he decided he only wanted to do 1 coat of polish. Horrible experience.
I am pregnant with a toddler so a pedicure when I am off work is the best way to treat myself and relax. Well overall it was alright, the lady was rushing and I told her multiple times she was hurting me when she was removing cuticles and such. She made me bleed two different times and laughed when I said hey OUCH. My sister and I both got a pedicure and gel paint on our nails, the paint on my sisters started chipping right as we left it was $75 a piece for our services so I was upset to say the least. Now, the day after my toes are so sore and still have angry spots where she was so rough on them and my fingernails look like I painted them myself.. they didn't paint the whole nail, missing bottom and sides. The worst part is they weren't even that busy when we first got there so why they were rushing two paying clients so bad is beyond me. I am so upset and my toes hurt so bad. Needless to say, they have lost two customers.
I wish I could leave no star!! I was charged $100 for a full set that should've been nothing more than $65. Not even a full week later ....nail broke off. I know the layer of acrylic was thin because It didn't even hurt when it broke off.
Got my nails done today at Beaute nail salon and didn't enjoy my experience. Felt like they were rushing as my pedicure didn't last long and wasn't thorough. On my nails, she cut me in three different places (one leaving a huge place which is pictured). There is also a small chip in my nail already and they've been painted less than 2 hours. Not sure I'll go back.
I am from Gadsden, but now live in NC, so when I came in town for a baby shower, I tried Beaute Nail Spa from the recommendation of a good friend. I got SNS on my fingers, and a Deluxe pedicure. The first bail technician did a great job on the dip powder, but it was the nail tech doing my pedi that made this an experience to remember! He did an awesome job painting my nails, but also gave a truly wonderful massage. Next time I'm in town, I'll be back! To note: masks are required and everyone was wearing them, they also spaced out the clients so it felt safe.
