They legit fucking suck I never go here and I see why I just wanted my nails soaked off and they legit had me sitting for 40 mins and still after all that waiting still no service! In that 40 mins my nails could've been soaked off.
This was a terrible decision..I wish I could rate this zero stars. I only went because my mom and sister were getting a service done and I needed a fill in so against my better judgment, I gave in and now regret it. The older male with glasses was soooo rough with my hands! He nicked me with the drill numerous times and kept pushing my cuticles down with his sharp nails! His technique when applying acrylic was very very messy and the fill in was greatly over priced. Needless to say...I will NOT return here! And NO my nails did not turn out to my liking at all.
Please save yourself the headache.. I absolutely hate my nails and I tried to be respectful while continuously telling the man what I wanted. BUT YET HE STILL DID WHAT I WAS TRYING TO CORRECT HIM ON. He continued to round my nails as I kept asking for them square and made them shorter as I kept asking him to not make them any shorter since they were already short. Not to mention they decided to up the price at the end. Like I'm over it. This place is a no.

I've been going here faithfully since they've opened and I've had pretty good experiences until recently. The man that sings (I don't know any of their names) is always nice and funny. The other male technicians are too. There was an older lady with long hair that used to do my pedicures that I absolutely love, I haven't seen her in months. There's a newer tech that's maybe in her mid 30's that does a terrible job. She's not friendly and she doesn't take her time. She can do 2 or 3 pedicures in the amount of time the others do one. After a awful pedicure yesterday, I won't be going back.
