I go here because it's close to my house and they do a pretty good mani/pedi. However, it is not relaxing. It's a friggin daycare in there. Kids running back and forth and yelling, across the pedi room. A toddler pushing chairs around and customers tripping over the kids. Maybe some people don't mind but I just don't enjoy it.

They do not know how to do a french tip.....like what tf is this? Then had the audacity to charge $300 for mediocre bullshit. My nails didn't even get shaped or cleaned they look dumb as hell.

I don't know why I bother booking an appt. Everytime I come I get treated as a walk in, 2hr wait just to get a nail fixed, but that's not my biggest issue that I've decided not to come back.I chipped a nail, went in to get it fixed. The lady that owns the store was out on maternity leave, so Hannah ended up doing my nails, I have an ombre of red and black, I told her red goes first, she said she does black first, and puts the red over the top, said it looks the same,lol...but it doesn't, it looks more maroon, because the black changed the color of the red, but I was gonna be late taking my niece to cheer, so I didn't have time to argue.

Well just so everyone knows....they double book there services so it won't matter if you have an appointment or not! 3 people complained of this just while I was there. Staff is overworked and services were rushed! I requested a zen pedi and a dip on my fingers. I had found a picture on their website of a design I wanted. I showed two different staff members and they said ok they can do and I still walked out with no design work! Not impressed. The sneeze guards at each station were disgusting and they did not clean the station in between clients.

I've been here a few times and had a decent experience, but this last time an older man did my nails, and he cut my toe with the cuticle clippers bad enough that my toe is still bleeding 15 hours later! Woke up at 5 in the morning to a very sore cuticle bed, and am afraid there may be an infection. I will never go to this place again!
