The only place I go get my hair cut. Sibet takes care of her clients like they are family.

There was a time I would have given Sibet 5 stars.  At first, her cuts were great and she remembered what I liked, but as time went on, it took longer and longer to like my hair again.  If I went in regularly, she would trim it too short and create an awkward phase that would take 3 or 4 weeks to grow out.  If I waited too long, she would forgot what style we were aiming for and give me something I didn't want at all. It went from every other cut I was unhappy to many haircuts in a row where I was just desperately waiting for my hair to grow out.  I suspect part of the problem is that Sibet is so friendly that she gets to chatting and before you know it, she is snipping away an inch or two of what what should have only been only lightly trimmed. While she remembers to ask initially, she forgets what you agreed on as soon as she starts talking.  So I'm afraid I have to look elsewhere for a stylist again since the trust is gone. My suggestion...focus a little more on the service and less on catching up with her client's personal life.

Recently relocated to Beaufort and needed a short haircut after not having been to a salon in over two years.  Sibet answered the phone and was able to accommodate me later that day, which was great.  The salon is charming and spotless, and Sibet was so friendly and gave me exactly the cut that I wanted.  She works quickly and the result was at least as good as the hair-by-hair cuts I was used to in NYC, which really used to tax my patience.   (The protracted time it takes to get a haircut in NYC probably is to justify the prices!!)   At Bay, the cost is very reasonable.  I couldn't be happier!

I found the place where I feel most comfortable getting my haircut. Sibet remembered my name on the 2nd visit 3 months later! How can you not appreciate that kind of customer appreciation? The previous place was too much like an assembly line, with a new person nearly every visit. Give Bay Haircrafters a try if you want your hair cut your way in a warm, quiet and welcoming atmosphere.

Ask for Sibet ! She is the owner and was amazing  with great Southern hospitality !! Only went for a polish change but the place was clean Anne Sibet was so nice and welcoming ! If your staying at the Beaufort Inn it's a must !
