POOR job. My Dog is always left wet. Angela claims that she can only do what she can, I've always paid her full service including tips and she doesn't mind leaving my dog half way. Takes too long to reply to book an appointment.

Angela is the only groomer I trust. My two fur babies and my brothers 3 fur babies have always been well taken care of and nurtured by Angela. We let Angela know ahead of time if there is anything she needs to know about our fur babies as it is our responsibility as the owners of our fur babies to make sure they are well taken care of during their visit.

Have been taking my parent's dog, Gigi ( our shih tzu) for a couple of years now. Angela is so professional and you can tell that she genuinely cares for your fur baby. Our Gigi loves going to get groomed with Angela. Angela loves what she does and you can tell by the patience and love she gives to our babies. Gigi always comes back looking like a million bucks!m...Smiling, brushed, and styled with a cute little bow! If you want your fur baby to get pampered, Barks and Beauty is the right place for you.

Took my two smaller dogs at 8:30 and was supposed to pick em up at 10:30 but instead got a call that she "lost" my dog, words couldn't explain how horrible it was getting that call.. got there in less than 3 minutes!! Couldn't find him and we went on to search for him for 10 hours plus!! She helped look for no longer 3 hours and said she had to pick up her son, well imagine her going to pick up her son from her babysitter and the babysitter saying oh we lost your son, not many people look at there dogs like there kids but I do! She said she did all she could and was just nonchalant about the whole thing after that. I don't appreciate her labeling my dog a "runner" as a excuse to how he got away, never in my life have I heard a groomer loosing someone fur baby.. oh and to make matters worse she lost him in the Redlands grove on Judson in 115 degree weather!!! He was out all day and night by himself and when we found him the next morning cuz of the neighbor app not cuz of her, he was bitten on the neck and looks extremely traumatized and no money can take that away. She offered to give 100$ for the vet which we all know that doesn't do much.. not looking for a handout just I feel we left him with someone we thought keeps good care of the dogs she grooms but OBVIOUSLY that's not the case.. so we please please keep your fur babies safe and DO NOT TAKE THEM TO HER!!

Angela is amazing groomer with my 3 dogs . I have a German shepherd Max and she gives him so much love he is usually a big baby but she is so patient and grooms him like it's his wedding day. My other 2 dogs are a Chihuahua and a terrier which they are both are tempermantal but she as well makes them feel comfortable and loved. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies being so accommodating and professional. Will see u back soon .
