Worst experience. They use no technique when applying color and none when cutting hair. Its a waste of money for poor results. They are also hang out in the back and ignore customers.
The worst customer service I've ever not had. I went in to make a hair donation and was told the wait would be 30 minutes which I thought was reasonable but after waiting almost 2 hours and they were taking walk-in colors over me saying no one was waiting finally I walked out and drove the little bit more to the Orchard Park location-never have I felt like less than a human- this was my first and last time at this locations-And the icing on the cake not one person working looked like they work in a salon!
Me and My Daughter both went to Union Rd location for hair cuts, two different stylists took us of course. I told both stylist the same exact thing, my Daughter's hair was exactly what I wanted all cut one length with long layers to her face! My hair was all over the place frizzy, so I threw it into a ponytail as I got into the car. My mother came out of the store and asked why my hair was longer on one side than the other while in a pony tail. I then went back to Bangs and asked the Women whom cut my hair to answer this and she stated it was the way my hair bunches when I put it up and then showed me again it's even when down, so I again left! Upon arriving home and brushing through my hair I noticed my hair was not all one length, in fact she cut chunky layers all throughout the back of my hair so that's in fact the reason it was longer on one side than the other! Than I called and talked to Her and she stated I asked for layers throughout which I definitely did NOT! I'm in tears because of the way my hair looks either down or up! I wish I could submit pictures with My review!! I'm a very upset customer! 1/17/21
