would give 0 stars if I could. HORRIBLY unresponsive and it doesn't matter if you make an appointment. I showed up to my 7 am appointment to an empty building and no one would answer the phone.
This place is such a scam with their constantly changing prices. I discussed with the braider how much would it be for knotless, $200 was the price but it was $240 when completed. Apparently I need to ask for a "special" to get the $200 price for knotless mid back (which is what I got) and was not something that was on their website. Per the picture $200 is the base price and no where does it say it's a special. I knew I should have come back since the last experience I had here, so this one is on me but this is THEE LAST time I ever give my money to this place. Absolutely terrible!
I used to go here pre-covid for my braids. They were only done well one out of the 4 times I went. I finally had it when I booked medium/large knotless and the lady put less than 20 fucking braids in my hair. I went on vacation looking CRAZY because I didn't have time to sit and let someone else "fix it". The manager said they would give me a discount the next time I came in but when I reached out to schedule, she ghosted me. Seeing all these other reviews, I'm not surprised at all. DO NOT GO HERE! Take that extra 20 drive to Nadine's or book your local braided. This place is a joke!
I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. They seem to specialize in box braids. The ladies were very nice. However, when I have to give you a tutorial when doing my hair... Smh. The salon manager didn't do anything to assist. Even after I returned for them to correct it. I wish I could have given the salon a negative. You've been warned!
Wouldn't recommend this salon if you want quality. The braiders are fast but I got bohemian human hair knotless. Paid 360.00 and the hair came out in handfuls when I tried to style hair. Human hair tangled terribly. I'm a licensed hairstylist so I know how to manage hair. This was a mess. Had to keep hair in a bun the entire time I was on vacation. I will never return and don't recommend this braiding salon. Not to mention two stylist began arguing and two other jumped in. One they called mama. They argued so much that they stopped braiding hair for 30 min to argue over who was next to get client and then who was in charge of the salon. VERY MESSY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Waste of money!!!!!
