STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
It's been over 6 mo since I last visited this business. I am still paying for their poor services. They DESTROYED my nails so bad, they still hurt. They have been reported to the BBB for several reasons now. They are such a sketchy, childish company they block anyone who leaves anything less than a perfect reveiew on their Facebook business page. Just check their reviews on google where they cant delete reviews. This place is one of the worst places, they clearly hire people who have no idea wth they are doing. They just wing it.
This business (all locations) should be shut down for poor and unsafe business practices. Their santizing is lacking terribly.
I recommend checking out Beloved Nails. They were able to fix the disaster B.A.B.Y Nails did. I tried B.A.B.Y. Nails numerous times over the year and out of 5 visits not a single one was good. Each time it was with someone new. They are all terrible and 50% of them are rude to add salt to the wound. The staff gossips about clients and other employees right infront of clients its disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Was referred to this place from a friend and let me tell you...I am so very happy!!! Emma is EXCELLENT!!! she did the ombré on my nails and it was PERFECT!! She's gentle on my hands and she didn't even had to file down the acrylic much! She is very meticulous!!! The place is also very clean and welcoming as well.
I was in a Kansas City for a visit and went to this place for a pedicure. Their work is extremely sloppy and nasty. I asked the guy especially to remove the dead skin around my nail but he just ignored me I asked him the second time and again he ignored me. I was not happy with their service and not recommending this place.
I'm Town for a softball tournament and happened to try this place out. I am generally pretty picky. Was very pleased! Very clean, friendly and prompt service, and my pedicure and manicure were amazing! Loved the massage. Great nail work. Would definitely go back!
Got powder dip nails with a chrome finish done because I was going to be in a wedding. Application was extremely thick. I asked them to be filed down farther, but they still didn't take enough off, and I didn't have time to ask them to redo them so I decided to live with it.
I got home and realized that the chrome only stuck on 5 of my nails. With that and the thickness, I decided to go back to have them filed down and refinished.
Called ahead to see if they could fit me in today because I'm flying out tomorrow morning for the wedding. They said yes but only between 2 and 2:30. I left work early and got there at 2. I waited for an hour and they never fixed my nails so I left.
Poor execution and poor service after the fact--I won't be going back.
