First time trying a new salon. They got me right in and paired me with amazing stylists, Maggie. She asked me what I wanted, walked me through her process and checked along the way. Super friendly and easy to talk to.
Amazing salon!!! It has the cutest and best little touches such as a couch to sit on as your hair is setting, a place to lay your legs out when you are having your hair washed, and the most bubbly and fun workers!! Definitely recommend, not too expensive either!
My friends daughter went in with her dad to get an all over blonde dye. She was given foils that were put in wrong. I'm one of the photos you can see it doesn't even go up to her roots. The hair stylist told her that she even put in too much ash. Her hair color ended up being grey, which isn't even shown clearly in photos. When asked about it they were told a manager wasn't there and there wasn't anything they could do about it. They ended up spending 150 dollars for grey hair that was supposed to be blonde.
So I never do this but just felt if I could help one person it may just be worth it. I looked up many places and really liked how stem online appointment could tell you how much you were going to spend before you even entered. So I have hair that goes mid back and I wanted a simple cut and one fresh over DARKER color ... we colored my hair first ( probably took 10 min to paint it in) and I sat for 20 min... we cut my hair 6 inches off and I asked her not to style it cause i needed to be somewhere... so with wet hair I went to check out and BAM that's when it really went down hill... my bill was 217 pre tip ( I was quoted 120-130 ) still shocked I get to where I need to be and I get an email about thanks for the visit and here is my receipt for the transaction ... weird it came later ... but now realizing people are probably in shock to ask for it then... so I open this receipt and I was charged 90 extra dollars for color... one color is 71... and extra is 29 and in my case it was 29 x 3 ... 87 for extra color ... 158 JUST for color !!!!!! Wish she would have cut the 6 inches off first before maybe would have saved me 30-60 dollars anyways extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and would never recommend... oooo and guess what that color that cost a bunch is FADED out already!!!!
