On Wednesday, September 13, 2017, I called this place of business to "try" to make an appointment to get my hair done. After about 4 days, I told my daughter that this lady never contacted me to set up an appointment. The weekend, my daughter brought me a cell phone number for this lady and stated this person was always in "church" or somewhere and it is best to call her on her cell phone. When I called a week later, I politely said, "Good afternoon, may I please speak with Sharon, Before and After hair salon?" The lady said, "This is SHARON. HOW DID YOU GET MY CELL PHONE NUMBER?" She was very rude and upset. I said, "Someone that does business with you felt is was best to call your cell phone number." Sharon stated, "I don't do business on my cell phone!!!" I said well ma'am if you give me your business phone, I will call you on that. I said it appears that you do not want new customers. Sharon stated, "Let me tell you something! I take new customers all the time but I do not want to take no mess like you! You have a good day!" She never meant for me to have a good day. That was a nasty tacky just to be "smart" but in my opinion, it was not being smart, it was being illiterate! If that is how she runs her business, I do not want to ever contact her anymore. She has no attributes of having been trained in interpersonal relationships or skills dealing with the public. It would be to her advantage to buy her books on Good Customer Service! I would never recommend anyone to go there or continue to promote her business. It is evident that she is lacking some valuable skills needed to have a successful business.....It appears the people that know you the least have so much to say about you!
