The lady who cleaned my feet was very sweet.

However Annie was RUDE!!!!. I let her know that when using the drill it hurt& she asked me if I wanted someone else to do it in a rude tone. I told her no because I like her work so no I didn't want anyone else to do it. I just wanted to let her know bc it hurt. She seemed upset so I decided to not get my nails done but then changed my mind because I thought maybe I misjudged her because again this was not how my first experience went. After deciding to get my nails done after she was finished with my pedicure....She put my nails on my hand just to tell me the design I wanted seem like valentines so I said cool let me look for something else. After taking about 15 min to find something new she told me she could not do my nails. Mind you when I showed her the next thing I wanted she was the one who told me to look at her page to see if I like something on her page. Why suggest that if you don't have time? I even apologized to her because I knew I was taking a long time to decide but that's what it is when you have to change your mind last minute bc the nail tech suggests it!!! Blaming me for taking too long to decide what I wanted. I told her to take them off because she said she had another customer coming and that I took to long. I called when I left to let her know I was dissatisfied and that went nowhere. She would not let me talk and continued to yell at me over the phone. I continue to let her know maybe it was a misunderstanding but she still would not let me get a word out. She then proceeded to tell me she does not need my business therefore I hung up. Its not like I didn't have money. I was not rude to her at all in her store. When getting your nails done after already having your mind made up, it's going to take some time to figure out what you want. You should've done what I asked you for if you did not have time to wait. It's my second time visiting I will not be back!

Negative 10 stars. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE TF OUT OF YOU. I went in to get my nails done, yall got a regular acrylic full set and told them to cut down a little and square shape and they told me 65 fucking dollars. For regular fucking nails no gel no nothing. Then the mouthy bitch that do eyebrows and nails got a smart ass mouth. DO NOT GO HERE YALL JUST GO TO A NAIL TECH IN YOUR CITY BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU THEY WAY BETTER THAN THEM!

Had a wonderful experience. Annie did my nails and she used powder instead of polish and they look phenomenal. I've always been told by others I have small nails and nobody has really met my expectations. This will be my new go to spot. Clean and professional.
Don't let these reviews sway you, while there some of the customers where very rude to these nice workers.

My friend and I went to get our nails done today. We both asked for pedicures with white gel polish. My toes came out fine, but my friends were not gel. We asked if they were gel just to see if we were wrong. They proceeded to wipe her nails off, even after we told them not to worry about it because we had to leave to make it to a meeting on time. They proceeded to do repaint her nails, but we were late for our meeting. At the register I attempted to explain that she shouldn't be charged full price because they had made us late. They didn't listen to anything we said, and ignored us when we told them we had to go. Then charged us both $40 for a pedicure. Truly an awful experience. Would not recommend anyone going to get their nails done at Elite Nail & Spa

This nail salon is has the best service in Wilson. My nails look so good I love them I will definitely keep Going their.
