I've been here twice. First time, Kim did an OK manicure, not great, and charged $35, what I was used to paying for a really good manicure. Then I scheduled a Mani-Pedi, because she had availability. She asked no questions about what kind of polish was on toes. When starting to remove polish, she said "Oh, I see you have Gel on your toes; I can't remove that because I'm allergic to the dust." So She spent 10 minutes clipping my toenails (without filing), pushing cuticles back, and putting lotion on. When manicure was done, I asked "What do I owe you?". She said "$80 - $35 manicure and $45 pedicure. I said "but you didn't do a pedicure!". She answered that not removing/replacing polish, etc, was 'not her fault'. Whose then, I wondered? I would never have made the appointment if she had told me she couldn't handle Gel, a pretty common type of polish. I paid my $80, adding a tip!, and will not go back. PS, the manicure started chipping that evening! I don't recommend this place.
