Its been 2 weeks since my haircut and I'm still mortified by the botched haircut I got from Nicole. I went in the salon and asked for a clean up on the top because I was growing it out from a pixie cut. ALL I WANTED was a clean up. Nicole took more then an inch off the right side of my head. The right side was longer then then left side to begin with. She had asked to blend the right side with the left. Instead she left me with only 5/8 on an inch on the right side, left my left side of my hair longer then the right. When I got to work the next day. I had to fix it myself to even it out and still left me with no hair to style. The next day I went to work, and left crying. I was so upset how my hair looked. Its going to be months before I get back to my desired length. Ive trusted Nicole with my bob for years, but this cut was horrible. I no longer trust her with my hair. Her service and haircut literally ruined my summer forceing me to wear handkerchiefs around my head. I was even desperate to find a wig. This is by far the worst experience. Very unforgivable!
