Had some time to kill and really needed a manicure and pedicure. The site is very nice and a great atmosphere. The reception was great and I got seated for the pedicure very quickly. The person that did my services was amazing, very quick nd gentle. I thoroughly enjoyed it and if IBm in the area would definitely go back.
I got a terrible infection in the nail bed of my big toe that will take me weeks to heal from, I'm not sure if the tools the used were not cleaned properly or if the foot tub wasn't disinfected after use. I'm very disappointed and will forever have anxiety about getting another pedicure which is something I use to do every two weeks.
Quality was fantastic, service, terrible. I took my mom and daughter there, spent close to $400. After I paid the bill and tipped the three technicians, we were all walking out and the manager stopped me (outside the door), and said that they had forgotten to charge me $5 for a matte finish. I told him I didn't have any cash, and his response was, you have card though. I thought it was extremely rude and disrespectful for us, who had just spent $400. These people nickel and dime you. Would not recommend for the up charge of everything, and the chasing you out the door.
The worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The owner/nail tech was so disrespectful and was screaming at me. The person who did my nails made them two completely different lengths and when I asked for it to be fixed she threw a fit and didn't let me get a word in. Instead of taking responsibility for the bad job she did, she instead was blaming me. I had to just walk out because she wouldn't stop.
Very rude and incompetent employees and manager!
On June 9, 2023, my mother came in to get a manicure. She showed the employee a picture of how she wanted her nails done! That employee did a terrible job and refused to fix her mistake. When my mother refused to pay for the services, they threatened to call the police. Throughout the whole conversation, the employees were very rude and hostile. My mother ended up paying to de-escalate the situation.
I never leave bad reviews, but this kind of behavior cannot be tolerated!
I recommend the manager/owner to read Kansas Statutes Chapter 50: Unfair Trade and Consumer Protection, Article 6: Consumer Protection!
