DO NOT COME HERE!!! (please read why and other bad reviews here too) my girlfriend wanted to get her acrylic set off. Came across this place while walking around the mall and found an opportunity to get them off. The lady started picking them off with tools and just snipping them off, without using acetone first. Her finger started bleeding and the lady didn't feel sorry at all. She became defensive and just said " You left them on for too long" when my girlfriend had gotten the nails a little over two weeks ago and never once and apologie or sympathy for making my girlfriends finger bleed. i wanted to leave as soon as I saw my girlfriends finger was bleeding. She started offering to fix it but my girlfriend took my things and left without the other hand being done because my girlfriend started to grimace in pain when the lady was doing her other hand. Please do not come here. Her real nails are damaged and they constantly hurt. Before going anywhere please read reviews and do your research on this place, the other reviews are real.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! By Far the worst pedicure I've ever paid for. $34 for an 8 minute rush job. The service was so poor I left unpolished. The Owner serviced me using dish soap and an old naik filer. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted, which I am confident my experience wouldve been the same. When I expressed to the owner the price was not compatible with the level of service his response was that is the price. No empathy or attempt to make it right. I can literally feel my legs itching from the low level products used. Save your money!!!

I tried hard to keep coming to this place since it is close to my house. Unfortunately, since they changed ownership, they have considerably lowered the quality of the products used and increased prices multiple times. The nail technicians are competent and pleasant, but owners seem to lack any concern for quality or customer service. My nail color now chips in two days after they are done. They have been insisting for me to use gel, which is much more expensive and damage my nails. They also suggested I could bring my own top coat since the one they use is the cheapest in the market. After many years and a lot of money spent here, I will take my business somewhere where quality is a concern.

I had the worst manicure of my life. I don't know where she learned to file nails. Every nail was catching on anything I touched. I had to cut my nails back and file them.

I don't like giving 1 stars but Tommy did such a bad job on my nails. Pedicure that took 25 minutes. My nails were so sloppy and I got NO massage. That's the entire point of getting my nails done! Then I did a polish change on my fingers and he put the polish on really thick so every nail was bubbled and literally dripping. I asked the manager if she thought they looked good and she said yes. My 5 year old can tell they don't look good. Tommy didn't help me pull my pant legs down, so I did it myself and the nail polish got ruined. I redid the nail myself and what do you know, no bubbles! I'll never go back. Plus it was dirty, hail everywhere and pee on the toilet.
