Uh no! Just no. I even brought a Spanish speaking person to translate. Only wanted a single trim and this was clearly the worst hair trim experience. Glad I was not doing an actual hair cut or preparing for a special event. Beware and make sure you get someone with an actual license posted....and not at this place because they apparently not all have that. Although now much shorter hair due to the need for a second trim at another actual stylist, I am so over it. Just no to this place.
i got a haircut from there and I got it from Monica martinez she does a run around when you ask her for a specific haircut, i would not recommend her ! Ashley hair salon is a good shop but not monica she needs more experience
The ladies are super nice and they offer customers water when they feel too hot. They are very considerate and deliver great customer service but i will say they aren't very good at what they do. If you go in and ask for a haircut they will start asking u a bunch of questions and twisting the story around and then mess up the hair.
About that facial about that massage the list goes on such amazing services offered The owner ashley is not only sweet but very professional she makes you feel like family such a relaxed environment it makes it easy to come back again and again yup i'll be back highly recommended need to buy a gift purchase a gift certificate you won't regret it!
