The new make stylist did not look at what service I booked at line. They where taking along time logging the last clients info. When we where walking I reminded him why I was their. Then when he placed my daughter in the seat I reminded him twice why we were there. Then he asked what type of hair cut I wanted for my daughter. At that point I knew he was not effective listening. I told him I had booked online for a natural hair session. I requested braids for my three year old. I also put any stylist. At that point I asked him why would you put us in your chair if you can't braid. How come you where not listening to my request or why did your staff not check their online bookings. He asked the lady next to him if she can do it. She stated she was to busy I would have to reschedule. I asked for a refund. I don't understand how you have management and not be alert of your online bookings. If you are over booked then call and reschedule we had traveled far. Take the time look at your online bookings and follow up with the customer instead of being rude and running your guys mouth about your website. Lack of communication and customer service. Also update your options with stylist name it just ask for what type of gender stylist. Felt make stylist made me feel like he discriminated against my biracial daughter how he handled the situation. Even though he acted nice. It was a horrible experience

Vibe was great. Salon was clean. I saw amazing work done but for my experience it was not good. I came in and got my hair styled by I believe her name is Cielo.. and my hair didn't last for more than 2 hours. Had to go home and style my own hair which lasted all night.. just upsetting.

I've come up here a few times and today had a schedule appointment for 4pm. I get here at 3:50pm and the shop is closed and there's no one here. The lack of respect for my time isn't worth my money either. I am furious I need to find someone to do my hair.

This guys is amazing!! He literally is one of the best stylists I have ever met. He really knows his stuff and only uses top notch Italian hair products and you can really tell by the way your hair looks and feels. I finally found my forever stylist!!

I feel really conflicted about writing this review, as Moe and her team were incredibly nice. However, after reflecting, I want to say I am disappointed with how everything turned out. I showed up to my 12 pm appointment about fifteen minutes early to be told that it would actually take another hour. I was allowed to reschedule, but I decided to wait because I live far away, but it actually took two hours until my hair was worked on. Once I did get in the chair, everyone was super nice and I enjoyed the time I spent, but I realized after I got home that my entire head is completely bleached white with zero dimension whatsoever and some spotty looking roots. I had asked for a platinum balayage, and it doesn't look bad, but it definitely isn't a balayage, it's a straight up all over bleach job with zero dimension, and the low maintenance grow out I wanted will be impossible. I've attached photos of two inspiration pictures and photos of what I got. So if you're not interested in potentially needing to wait for an additional two hours without getting a heads up before you come to the salon, and if your idea of a balayage is similar to mine, then maybe this isn't the salon for you. But with that being said, the hair stylists did beautiful braiding and other things, I just won't personally be returning, even if offered to get my hair fixed. Once is enough.
