I hired the owner to do hair and makeup for my wedding. Not only was it unbelievable that bridal hair and makeup took 4 hours, the makeup turned out so clumpy on the skin that I had to redo it myself. Many people were witness to this. Thankfully, I have a lot of makeup experience from dance performances that I was able to redo it in a timely manner. Not only did she not take any responsibility for her action, her attitude was extremely rude. She was rude to my guests who were pointing out earlier on that the makeup doesn't look right (aka the clumping on the skin). She blamed my skin for the failure of the makeup application. Yes it is possible that some people's skin do not gel with certain produce but I am not allergic to anything and I've been dancing since I was 6, I've used all sorts of products and had all sorts of products used on me. I've had professional makeup done many times in my life too for dance and for photo shoots in China. None of the products turned out clumpy on my skin. As a professional if you see you should realize it right away and make corrections, not after 5 hours of getting ready. She was also extremely unprofessional passing out business cards at my wedding reception as if it were a marketing event. Lastly, in my decision to hire her, she agreed to help the groom with makeup and help the brides with some simple braids and change my hairstyle and do makeup touchups. None of these were performed. Only hair and makeup for the bride, of which only the hair was satisfactory.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Called to confirm before purchasing a Groupon. Arrived 5 minutes early, rang the bell and had to wait outside 15 minutes before anyone answered the door. The owner refused to honor the Groupon and wanted me to pay full price for the service. I tried pleading with her but she ignored me (by checking her voicemails) Terrible customer service, RUDE, disrespectful and unprofessional!! I rather eat the coat of the Groupon than stepping foot in this place again!!

I purchased a groupon for a Brazilian wax and when I went to the place the owner redeemed my groupon with out giving me my service done. When I got there and mentioned to the owner I had a groupon she was not Happy I got a special deal and tried to upcharge me all these extra fees that was not mentioned in the fine print and she made me feel very uncomfortable and she was very blunt with pointing out all your flaws. She told me I needed a facial and my skin was terrible. so When I tried to leave she Locked the doors on me and said I had to pay a fee to cancel so when I gave her my card she kept saying it was invalid but it's not it was the one I have on file on groupon and it works fine so she unlock the doors finally and let me leave when I told her I was going to go to the atm to get cash and I never went back. I felt very uncomfortable and I felt she was holding me hostage at first and moral of the story she redeemed my Groupon when I didn't even get serviced. She doesn't even deserve 1 star but there was no option to leave no stars. BEWARE!!!!! I wouldn't recommend
