I rather go to a more homey salon than a big busy with tons of people salon. This is it. I really like that is a smaller salon. The pedicure and manicure were wonderful. The guy did a really great job on my nails. The pedicure was so relaxing. I will go again.
my experience was alright. the nail tech was really nice but she tried to up charge me for the "length" when they're really not that long, i honestly wanted them longer but she made me feel weird for asking. i also only wanted a thin coat of polish but she insisted making it thicker and kept asking me if i wanted more coats but i stayed with one... idk they used to be really good to me but this could just be this one time that it's been "eh"
Usually I wouldn't post something like this but I believe people should know what to potentially expect coming here.
I came in Tuesday to get my nails done. They told me it would be a 30+ minute wait so I made an appointment for Thursday at 12pm to avoid wait times. I walk in at 11:40 and wait until 12:22 when they finally sat me down. By this point I didn't even get to pick a color yet. The lady puts on my 3 foils to get my old dip powder off and another lady walks up and asks about getting her eyebrows waxed. My nail tech gets up and goes to do her eyebrows. It's now 12:35 and I get up, take off my foils and tell them I cannot wait any longer since I had to work a 1pm. It was also extremely frustrating because it's the second attempt to get my nails done before a trip I have the next day. Usually this wouldn't be an issue because I am very patient however I made an appointment specifically so I didn't have to wait 40+ minutes to get a 25 minute manicure done. Not even a sorry or anything from the 2 nail techs inside. The service here is absolutely horrible and I will not be returning. I ended up doing my own nails with press ons. Very disappointed with this place
So I waited till it was refill time to write this review! Cathee is the tech and she does an amazing job! I'm rating on both the art and durability of the nails! I've traveled all over the country and have never had a set done so well. I have a home daycare and two toddlers of my own and these nails do not hurt or tug, pop off or lift. For somebody who moved from New Orleans Louisiana where nails and hair are priority this salon knows how to get it clackin!
I've been to this location few time. Several weeks ago the nail technician said that the previous technician made my nails crooked (something which I didn't believe and hadn't noticed for 2 weeks. Supposedly she fixed it, which I found to be wrong as my nails were so crooked they bugged me for two weeks. Returning I had a lady who sat next to the original lady who made my nails wonky, they talked and the original lady told me I should have spoke up last time. Which I didn't have the chance to because I didn't notice my pinky and index until the next day.
Now the issue was my nail polish and acrylic sitting on or annoying my cuticles. I had high hopes but am disappointed with this location. I guess just make sure you do a FULL look over before you pay and leave.
