Worst salon ever!! From healthy and thick hair, here as you can see the pictures below I took it at their salon before the process. After 6 hours, I received the color is not what I asked for but that is okay but the point that I got chemical burn, blisters from the 1st bleach with healthy scalp and no allergy with hair products is unacceptable. I paid for the safety and professionalism of my hair but this is what I received from them. Think what if for other customers with weak scalp, what are the consequences of this? I have to dye my hair back to black because of what the hairdresser has been done. My hair loss areas grow back unevenly and look terrible. I contact them to get refund but they said the wanted to see me, I gave them the day I'm available but they said they aren't available. I have been calling, texting them for a week. They have sent it but no reply

I was here to bleach my hair and I got chemical burn from this hair salon. I spent 7 hours sitting there for nothing. I contact the owner and asked the day I could come in and she said she was busy. I have been emailing for this salon and look like they don't take this situation very serious or care about there customer. I couldn't believe that I got burn by professional hair salon. I am pretty sure that my hair is 100% healthy and I have never bleached or done any color on my hair. At their salon it was my first time and got chemical burn. See attached photo. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. I contacted the owner for a month and they have not refund my money yet.

I've been going to Dana for a couple years now and she never disappoints! Most wonderful salon! Always walk out happy!

I came to Andrew Leo earlier on Saturday and had one of the worst experiences I've had at a hair salon. I requested a blow out with some loose curls and what I got was something I could've done at home in 30 minutes and saved $53. My hair was left frizzy and not smooth at all, which defeats the entire purpose of a blow out. See attached photo. Bad blow out aside, the behavior from Cathy was just so unprofessional and out of line. She said multiple times that my hair was fried even though she had just put very high heat on it, causing it to look that way. She also suggested that I hair cut another time to take care of that. I didn't ask for unsolicited advice on my hair, just wanted a professional blow out. Not only that she made some very strange comments about how Indians (I'm Indian) are considered Caucasian. She's more than capable of keeping this to herself.

Professional, consistent, best color, excellent product line. Customer for 4 years going strong!
