Jacqueline's Salon & Spa in Pittsburgh, PA

I'm writing this review and feeling confused, I won a $50 gift certificate from a charity event and I referenced the gift certificate when I called to make an appointment for a Swedish massage. The salon called me the day of my appointment to confirm which I thought was nice. I realized that I was going be a few minutes late for my appointment and called top let them know they said it would be no problem.  When I arrived I gave her the $50 gift certificate and I said I think I owe you more money. She said we can pay for it now or after and I said let's just get it done now because I had my debit card out. She then said we can run my card again if I get any add ons... She ran my card for $45. I didn't think about it at the time because I was feeling rushed because I was late and I hadn't looked at the menu of services that I had received for the gift card in awhile (it accompanied the gift cert). I get into these massage chair and the woman who is doing my massage tells me that we are going to start with a facial which I thought was weird.. but then I thought a mini facial might be included in the massage. She then massaged my arms legs and neck and a bit of my upper back. The girl that did the massage was very nice which is why I hesitated to write this review but my massage ended and I pulled out the paperwork from the spa that I had and a Swedish massage is $80 so I asked the woman that ran my card why there was a discrepancy since I booked a Swedish massage. She assured me that the facial and massage I got is pretty much the same as a swedish massage. I was trying to be nice but the math isn't adding up. I should have paid $30 and tipped the girl but I was charged $45 plus tip.  I hate to assume but this situation seems to warrant it but if I had to guess, if I would have checked out after she would have said the facial was an upgrade and that's why it was $15 more. The main reason I say this is because there is NO massage treatment on their menu of services that costs $95 which is what she charged me.  When I was leaving she mentioned that the woman that did the Reiki Treatments/massages left so they dont offer those but... I requested a swedish massage. Not a very relaxing feeling of being swindled.
