The language barrier is terrible. They can't understand you and you can't understand them. They're price gouging and trying to add $10 to every service without you knowing. We had a whole 10 minute conversation about them adding money to my service that I did not ask for. My pedicure is atrocious and the young girl cut my nails ragged as hell. So bad that she couldn't fix it. Then the manager lady came over to try and fix it and it's still bad. You can't put a whole nail/ skin back to where you ripped it off. Then she tried to gaslight me and say that that's the way my mail grows when I KNOW THEY'RE SQUARE. They will argue you up and down the street if they could because of the language barrier. The vibe was off complains. I'd never recommend this place let alone tell someone that I've ever been there.
I don't recommend this place there is a new owner, every 3 months. I have no ideas what kind of business they are running but it can't be legit, they speak poor English which is okay, but they don't listen to how you want your nails done, and tried to overcharge me. I don't recommend...
There's a new owner and they won't admit it's a new owner but every tech sucks. The guy cut my fingers why doing my set and the prices are way more. I miss the old owners.
Wish I could give them no stars. First was told $25 at the door and it changed to $30 in the Pedi chair. He rushed through the entire Pedi. I didn't even want to correct it afterwards, it was so horrible. This place won't get one more penny of my money. Even if it was $30 they should have said that in the beginning. You go up on the price and do a shitty job!!!
