I was really pleased with my experience at the salon. The receptionist, Nisha, who I called the day before to get a Friday morning appointment at the last minute was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She put me on hold for less than a minute spoke with the cosmetologist, Dee, and had me set up for a Friday morning appointment that met my needs timing wise. Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked if I needed coffee or water. Dee did not keep me waiting and started to do my hair at the time of my appointment. She was fun, outgoing and very friendly. She met my hair needs. Note: It was my birthday that day and my hair was Essence magazine laid. Detroit women know how to do some hair. When I'm back in town, I will definitely go see Dee again. I took pictures and sent them back to my friends in Ohio. My only comment is that the salon could use a little bit of an upgrade. But as far as the people who work there - class acts. Everybody was friendly, said hello, and looked you in the eye when they spoke to you.

I have been coming here for years and absolutely love it. My stylist is Paula...I am in and out. The atmoshphere is cool...relaxing and fun! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
