This place is at a sketchy area. It is not a safe area to be at. The Hispanic girl does not know how to do manicure or pedicure. She needs to go back and gets basic training. The vibe of the salon is not welcoming. They need to have security guard in the salon. Not recommend and will not come back at all!

Very very bad service. I had an appointment at 4. When I arrived, another girl was waiting WITHOUT an appointment, one of the employees told me If I could wait a bit for another worker, she was doing another job and the girl who told me to wait started working on the girl who didn't have an appointment. I was waiting 20 minutes and they wanted me to wait 30 more minutes! It's crazy. Are you playing with my time??

If I can give negative starts I would. Been here few times and never have any issues.  Abraham was my favorite. Seems like they have new techs, beside the point. The tech that took care of me was so rude, completely rushed the entire service. I kid you not I wasn't even on the chair for an hour. Was trying to charge me for removing my nail Polish if I didn't do gel? Which fine if thats your rate, I get it. Basically kicked me out of the chair as soon as she finished painting my nails. Don't even bother stopping by here, give someone else service since they clearly given no fucks about giving a DECENT service.

The first time I came in I made an appointment at 7:30 pm when I came in they were not expecting me. I was polite and understanding and told one of the techs to call me when she was ready for me as she had just started a pedicure. I came back at 8:30 after she called me. I wasn't in a seat getting my nails done til 9:30 pm. I was going on vacation so I waited. It was a last minute appointment so I didn't make a big deal about it. I went home around 11:30 pm and my nails were nowhere near what I had asked for but had no time to fix them. I came back second time giving them the benefit of the doubt this time my pedicure took approximately 2 hrs because the gentleman who was doing them kept answering his phone and doing things around the salon. He was attending to everyone and everything. I believe they over book themselves. They over promise and under deliver. This place is a great location sad they will not cut it.

I'm from out of town and decided to go with my friends who were getting their nails done for a performance.
Tools were unsanitized and passed between techs, the service was rushed, acrylic dripped onto the bottom of the nail and not cleaned up, no bottom coat used, I had to correct the technician a few times and my nails still turned out uneven.
I was charged almost double the menu price for at best medium length nails with a regular one color polish, no details or accents, and when I asked why no increased prices were discussed with me before getting the service, the man at the counter said I should have just known several times and was extremely rude about it. He wanted to know if it was my first time getting my nails done there and I said yes. It's not my first time getting my nails done ever though. I think he thought I meant it was my first time ever having my nails done. He tried to say that paying almost double for what I got was industry standard and that has never been true in all the years I've been getting my nails done and I'm several different states. Straight gaslighting.
It's been four days and my nails are lifting on two fingers. I don't do any sort of crazy activities where they would be lifting up like this. They have a 7 day guarantee but I'm not holding my breath for any sort of help after the way we were treated.
The photos with the pink bag were immediately after getting them done and the others are from today- not even a week later.
