Adriana's Beauty Salon & Barber Shop in Los Angeles, CA

I did not feel welcomed here. When the haircut ws done(took about 15 mins) and I checked myself in the mirror, I requested for adjustment and she immediately in an annoyed voice goes "but you requested for #2. I say yes, now I'm requesting a bit shorter because when you start with lower number it's hard to do adjustment. She says something to the guy at the counter and the guy says to me, "it's gonna be extra charge fr adjustment", and adds, "nothing is free in America". I was stunned by the rude customer service, felt unwelcomed and so paid the $20 owed and left the place.

I love my new style and dye. My stylist was Rhina, she was friendly, skillful, generous, and very experienced. I've gone to many stylists before only to leave disappointed. Today I left refreshed and just loving my hair! It's been a long time since i had a good cut. Will def be coming back!

I just got my hair cut today and the women working was so kind and open minded about what I wanted for my hair. She did such a great job and I will definitely be coming back here!

I decided to come here because I was looking for an affordable salon nearby and sure enough, I landed here. I walked in for a quick trim and much to my surprise, this place is exactly what others say on Yelp. To begin with, Adriana's Beauty Salon has consistent 5 stars, and she deserves it. The service is amazing. The salon is very clean and well maintained. I had a lovely, lovely conversation with the owner, which I'm assuming is Adriana. She is very friendly and makes sure you get what you ask for. I'm very happy to have discovered this place and will be coming back regularly. Don't hesitate to stop by! Thank you Adriana! 6/5 stars. I'm always amazed that she is so affordable. I'm lucky to live right around the corner so it's not too far. But I would definitely recommend her to others. She's super sweet and does a great job.
