AC Cut Salon in Lawrenceville, GA

I came for my 5 year old sisters haircut and we walk in. A old guy takes my sister and asks my mom on how she wants it. My mom shows him a simple short picture. He then gets confused and instead says he will do layers. We just wanted it to be short, no layers or anything. As he is cutting, he keeps asking my mom on how short she wants it but we just say shorter and shorter since he keeps asking. As my little sisters moves her head a little bit, he seems to get irritated easily and tells her in a very unprofessional way to stop moving her head. As he keeps cutting, we notice there isn't much progress. Keep in mind, my sisters hair is very long so we'll notice if it gets short to the point we want. He then keeps asking how much more we want it short, and since he isn't getting to the point. We politely tell him that we just need the sides to be shorter a little bit more. He then stares at my mom with a very angry face and says he can't keep doing this. He starts to yell and scream complaining that my mom can't keep saying go shorter and shorter. He then starts yelling and saying random things in anger and pulls my sisters cape while yelling saying he won't cut anymore and tells us to leave. He also starts throwing stuff like paper tissues on the floor. I then try to help him understand what the situation is but he keeps yelling for us to leave. I then tell him that I'll pay for what he has done. Instead he insults that we are cheap and tells us to leave. Our whole family have been going to this shop since it's started and all the ladies did amazingly but this was the one worst service ever done by this old man. Our family have been very disappointed and dissatisfied. I suggest people go somewhere else for better customer service.

I started going here when I saw how well Tran cut my daughter's hair. I was paying $150 plus for a cut and color and Tran was just as talented if not more so than the cosmetologist I was going to. I have yet to be disappointed. She cuts really well and she's very laid back and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend her.

I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend AC Cut salon! Phat, aka Patrick is amazing. AC Cut Salon is highly underrated. It is a hidden hem for sure. If you don't know where to go or you're not looking to spend $100 on a hair cut you need to make a trip to AC cut salon, don't let the name fool you. Patrick is highly talented, he's had his cosmetology license for over 30 years, he is a SCISSOR WIZARD! He has transformed my hairstyle and I love it! I went from straight hair to having layers. *Patrick is your new hair stylist, no need to look further. This is your sign to go. :)

Great service !! Ask for Brenda. She is the best. She only works Thursday-Sunday. She can do men, women, & child. She's very knowledgable and has been in this profession for 20+ years!!
