I've taken my Havanese/Maltese to this location three times so far. I took my dog there at noon today for his grooming appointment, and was told that it would be two hours. I stopped by at 2:30 and could see my anxious dog was finally on the grooming table. I was told that 'We will call when he is done', and it's now 3:40 and I'm worried about my dog. I tried to call before 2:30, but you only get somebody's recording and there is no way to contact them on the phone. This is why I went there in person. I felt that I was treated rudely today. My dog was not happy to go there today, and now I doubt that I will use their service again! I hope they call soon and that my dog is safe!

I have taken my dog multiple times to the Redlands location, but after learning both locations have the same owner, I decided to try out the Clifton location as it is closer. First of all, I arrived right on time and am told I don't have an appointment. The women was very rude and put out that I was there, and then tried to make some phone calls. She blamed the owner for scheduling the wrong location, but not before basically calling me a liar and saying I must not have actually made an appointment. So then she says they can get us in since someone didn't who up that morning. She comes around to look at my dog and basically berates me because she says my girl is "covered in mats". Mind you, I have a very large, fluffy goldendoodle who we just took camping, so her hair was very dirty. I explain that once her hair is washed and clean, it is incredibly easy to brush through, as I do so about twice a month. She then gets two brushes, neither of which I would dream of using on that hair type, and proceeds to rip the comb and brush through her hair, yanking it and saying "See, this is impossible to brush through". Who in their right mind would try to brush through dry, dirty hair with a sharp, metal pronged comb?! You wouldn't do that with human hair and you wouldn't do it with fluffy dog hair. So I again explained, I understand it seems worse than it is, but I assure you once it is clean, it is easy to brush. So then she stands up and says "all I can do for you then is tell you to go home and brush her and then bring her back and we can wash her". Um, excuse me? I am HIRING you to do YOUR job! So, needless to say we left. I then contacted the owner, who I have had nothing but amazing experiences with, and have given her four days to respond and make it right but all she told me was "sorry for the mix up in scheduling". This was far beyond a mix up in scheduling, this was your employee treating a loyal customer awfully. I will not go back, nor would I recommend anyone visit the Clifton location, as obviously the employees there are not interested in actually doing the job they are hired to do.

Wow. I took my adorable yorkie several times to this groomer and asked that they leave the pads of his feet alone. My dog licks his feet if the hair on the pads are cut. The last time he was groomed the pads were cut. I called and talked to the groomer and told her the problem and she denied cutting his pads. I told her I could tell they were cut she said she would talk to the owner. I called back and talk to the owner myself because they never returned my call. The owner said that only she could do the grooming, then. I said that sounded fine. Today I had an appointment and I just got a call saying they didn't want my dog back again because I complained. What kind of business is this that does not want to make things right? Bad business.
