This particular Sephora, located in a JC Penney, does not have a particularly exceptional selection, is very often out-of-stock of items, and occasionally you are rudely ignored by the staff. Why do I still give this locale four stars? Robyn. This woman is amazing and makes up for it all. She is upbeat and incredibly sweet. This store is lucky to have such a professional and personable employee. Robyn gives the type of customer service you come to expect from Saks. I've witnessed, on more than one occasion, her smoothly managing a busy weekend morning all by herself. Give this woman a raise. Robyn is a rockstar.
I went in to change something to get a new one because when I got it I opened it and it was already broken so I went to return it and the Laddy through all the make up away that was inside of it and said there is nothing she could do and said here is your makeup back and it was empty so I told her and she told me to get it out of the trash and she didn't even give me a new one because they do t have my color
