This mall is really going downhill. Food court options are few and poor - except El Asadero. Those tacos were great. So Many stores have left. It is nice that they still have Penney's and Dillards was a great addition. I miss the movie theatre and more unique stores.
I needed a white shirt and a pair of black pants. Not one store had clothes for a middle age or older man. Everything was slim cut for younger men and boys. I thought at least Penney's or Dillards would have them. Not only did they not have the items, they did not even have any sales help in the men's department to go to. I have nothing really good to about the mall, the lack of variety of stores there and the lack of help. When I got back to other people in my group who were going to go the next day to go shopping, I advise them not to waste their time.
Pretty small mall, not to put it down, but it might be the smallest I ever visited. The selection of the store isn't that great, you have JCPenney, Target, Victoria's Secret, Homegoods, Dillards, Bed Bath and Body Works. Pretty basic, but you can make it do. Lots of parking, nothing spectacular, it could be cuter and they could bring more stores. I am sure everyone will agree with it!
A couple years ago i thought that this mall was thriving and was going to be even better in the future. But sadly, throughout the years we have lost many stores and now there's empty stores throughout the place. I do agree the interior of the mall itself needs some updating , but the stores inside are all super nice.
Pac Sun The clothes in PacSun are absolutely fine. However, their customer service is a little questionable. As I was paying, the employee asked me if I would like to sign up for their rewards. I kindly replied with "Oh, no thank you" however, the employee proceeded to tell me about the rewards. I felt my phone buzz so I looked at it for a moment. As I was doing so the employee raised her voice at me and said that I was being a disrespectful jerk. I did not appreciate that and I did not speak to her after that and just left with my things. Never shopping there again.
