I came in as a walk in and was serviced immediately. The vibe in here is superb. My nail techs were Tracy (who did my pedicure) along with an older man (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!!) (who did my manicure). We had some really great conversations and she made me laugh so much-- I'll definitely be coming back-- in fact, I only want my nails done here from now on!!! THANK YALL!
Absolutely terrible 10/10 do not recommend I cannot understand why they don't listen to simple directions the manager was rude and over talked me I payed $140 for a botched job. Horrible job horrible staff OVER PRICED and needs to redo prices for this terrible quality DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING TO THIS CHOP SHOP !!
I made an appointment at 12:15 today and got there exactly at 12:06 everything was going great I had my pedicure done quickly and finished by 12:47, I then was told to sit in a chair and sat there for 30-45 minute until i was worked on. Two people came after me as walk ins and were prioritized over me. They left the black lady in the chair and worked on their white clients. OVERPRICED AND WAS LAUGHED AT!! I'll never ever be back. MAN WAS RUDE ASF
The salon itself is not in the best shape, hopefully it's because they are planning on remodeling. The employees were pleasant, but the nail work was sub par. I don't think I'll go back.
