Gel Polish on toenails has to be redone several times because the Polish was bubbly and not dry line art on acrylics is horrible
The nails techs were pleasant and the appointment was easy to make but overall do not recommend
Horrible. I called 2 days ago to make an appointment. They said they won't give me an appointment for a manicure so to walk in. I walk in when the salon opens. The salon is empty and they tell me they are booked until 11am. There are 2 people just sitting around. Clearly don't know how to run a business. Take your business elsewhere...don't waste your time or a trip.
I have been going to this salon for over a year, I made an appointment for mani and pedi and had to cancel and reschedule because I had to be seen at Urgent Care. The next time I went in the nail technician treated me like I was the enemy of the state. I could ave been asked, "Hey you have been coming here for a long time, what happened?" Nope, just rude AF! I will never give this place my business again.
Very rude treatment from staff. I scheduled appointments for myself and another person, and was very clear about the services desired for each person; repeating myself at least once. When we arrived we were greeted with hostility from the get-go. They claimed they only had time for 1 person, that they didn't know one of us needed gel. They weren't even apologetic; it was as if it were MY fault.
Regardless of the quality of the services, it's no surprise to me that they only have a cumulative of 2.5 stars, if this is their regular attitude towards customers.
