I am writing from Jan 2023 about this terrible place. I happened to be out of my regular area as we had business nearby-I'd filed my own nails that morning deciding to drop into 91 Nail Salon for just a quick Polish Change. The gal said the whole amount was $15 (which I've gotten B4 in places). I told her I only needed a polish change-nothing more at all (Of course-Unless a hangnail or chip somewhere). She sat me down, took off only some of the polish, then said when moving from toes to nails..."Now $15 dolla more"! What could I do?..I was sitting there w/wet toes! It aggravated me as she whipped thru it too fast & no clear Topcoat...so I let her finish. She was NOT friendly, yet chattering w/other workers. I was irked to give any tip after that, if at all. She took my card & kept saying, "$10 dolla Tip, YEs YES!!?!" So now it went from a $15 x's 2..for a quick polish change to $40? I was so ticked w/what should have been a NICE salon time. Once home, I saw the big toe had a large chip & she never filed it. At the least, she should have seen it (I'm older-not good distance vision). I've had nails done for yrs & this is the Worst. All nails chipped w/in days which was either the Brand or lack of Topcoat. Reading mixed reviews here - From good to 1 star...I suspect they have inconsistent workers or regulars who get good treatment..again showing inconsistency w/new folks. Who can know? ...I spent some $$'s for a really crappy experience.

This salon was absolutely terrible. I wanted to get my nails taken off and instead of soaking them off she ripped them off. It hurt so bad I jumped out of my seat. She cut me with the sander many times. She did not line my nails up to make sure they were the same length. I asked her to put gems on one finger and the gems are stacked on-top of one another. And not straight. I had to ask her to fix underneath my nails because she left to much acrylic under my nails. I will not be coming back here any time soon
I believe pictures are worth 1000 words. This does not do it justice of how disappointed and dissatisfied I was. I even mentioned to the lady how much I didn't like it and I was still charged. I then even asked to speak to a manager which she claims she was. I would think as a client they would want me (or anyone) leaving with a good experience. I came in for a fill and left with whatever shit you call this.
If I could give it negative stars then I would. This is the worst nail salon ever! I asked them for a fill and the stupid lady just painted over my nails looking like a blob. I told her it was ugly and she charged me $20. I spoke with the manager and she wanted to charge me more. What nail place lets their client out of their store with shitty nails?
