The end product was well delivered. Getting there was a nightmare. We wanted 2 full-set acrylics, and 1 pedicure. Nothing fancy. Their ability to up-sell is probably their greatest strength. All three of us were finished in less than 45 minutes and each person was charged $60, for various services that were supposed to be less than $60. There was a $15 up charge on each service; 1 girl had an extra $5 for each thing they claimed was an add-on almond shape nails, lotion, and oil which she didn't ask for. Another girl had $15 added for gel, but she didn't pick out a gel color. She grabbed a regular nail polish off the wall (all of us grabbed regular nail polish). They switched it with a matching gel. It was her first time getting nails so she didn't know the difference. And the third girl was told the red she wanted was available in gel and she needed gel because she was wearing boots. Basically, they made $60 per person an hour.

I came here last march and got acrylics and I was very unsatisfied with the result as they were very expensive and looked nothing like I asked for. I decided to give them another try today but instead I went for a pedicure. Most definitely the worst pedicure I've ever gotten, the lady had no idea what she was doing, while she was drilling off my previous polish she would hit my skin with the drill and just look at me and smile like she didn't do anything, the order of the things she was doing was completely different from what i've experienced at past salons, when she got to actually painting my nails the polish was all over my skin and super bumpy, overall the pedicure was super rushed and not worth $35.

I booked a spa package- 90 min massage, pedi and manicure. my massage was nice but could have been better if my massage therapist man was not breathing so loud and than he actually farted - he said excuse me but the environment was not relaxing and the whole time all I just kept hearing was this guy breathing . I felt like no one was on the same page and I was rushed around. the price was not worth it and they definitely need to work on making people feel more relaxed and there communication with one another. I won't refer anyone here- Davenport spa is so much better if you want some true relaxation.

I was glad I was able to walk in for a dip manicure. I was not expecting to have my old dip clipped off my nails and in the process was cut four times in the process. Then while finishing off my nails the technician filed into the worst cut (she had previously done) on my cuticle! The last straw was when she knew I had cuts she used rubbing alcohol to clean my hands and fingers. Most people would have said something to the manager about the bad service but I was hoping after each cut that that was the last one, I was speechless. It has been more than 36 hours and my thumb cuticle is still sore. There is no way I am going to go to this nail salon ever again.

A lot of chatting between the employees and it made me feel that I was an afterthought. I had a pedicure and upgraded it. I don't believe I received what I ordered. The employee spent the whole time speaking to a co-worker in a foreign language. Other works were walking around eating in public and not in an employee lounge.
