Definitely my favorite place in South Boston. Friendly & clean would be the first 2 adjectives I use. They are definitely affordable. Not had a bad service - used for pedicure, waxing & massage. Love this salon. You won't be disappointed.
Shitty customer service and they are SO rude. Got turned away because they were "too busy" (there was one client) said she had an appointment at 1:30 I was there at 12:00 a whole hour before her appointment but she couldn't do it. It wasn't the turning down part that made me put 1 star.. it was the fact she was such a bitch.
I was visiting from Florida, and three of my nails broke so I came to get them fixed. I had cat eye polish on my original acrylic set, and the man informed me that they did not have that polish. I said okay, then how much would it be for a polish change? He replied that it would be $9, and I thought to myself "okay, $9 to fix the three nails and $9 for polish change, not bad" so I picked a totally different color, expecting them all to be painted the new color. The man painted my three new nails a lilac purple color, while the rest of my nails were navy blue, and he said that I was finished. I asked him if he was going to paint the rest of my nails, and he said that it would be $20 EXTRA. I reminded him that he told me that it would be $9, and that is when another employee came up to me and told me that he thought I meant a color change on the three fingers... Why would I want a 'color change' on three nails that don't have any color? I had to go to another salon to get it fixed, as they were trying to charge me way more even though I asked when I was first sat down. I'm very disappointed with my service at this salon, and I am very disappointed in how the situation was handled.

David is the best!!! Great customer service and very attentive. If you want a great pedicure and manicure this is the only place in South Boston you should trust. They are very clean too.

I was visiting from out of town and neglected to get declawed before leaving Chicago.
First of all Hannah and her staff are so friendly and accommodating. They didn't have my favorite shade, Lincoln Park After Dark available in No Chip but quickly tried to find me a substitute. This place opens early and stays open late, so whatever your schedule they should be able to accommodate you.
Oh, did I mention how reasonable her prices are?
I will deff visit when in Halifax County again.
