Get ready for pampering! This is not your typical nail salon. The technicians are attentive. They work with you to design your ideal, custom nails! I usually only get a solid color, but I've seen some incredible designs! The pedicures are relaxing with massage chairs and scented oils (based on customer preference). Full manicures and pedicures come with a hot towel treatment! (Not usually done just for polish changes, though) Everyone is so friendly! I didn't get any pics because I was getting my nails done, but you can look them up on Facebook to see some of their amazing designs! Highly recommend the following technicians: Salina, Leah, Helen, and Twan! They are worth a 20-minute drive to go to my favorite nail salon!
when I arrived they had me booked for a pedi not a manicure. The nail tech then needed to find someone to do my nails. Once a new nail tech was found, she bRely greeted me. My nails were cut very short. I was not impressed with this place.
I was placed in pedicure water for 15 min. Water got cold... no one ever came. I ended up calling the front desk and asked when someone might get to me. The rude receptionist said 'i have no idea what their schedule is'. She does the scheduling???? I left.
First time customer and I'll definitely be back. The mani and pedi were nicely done. Even though this place is busy we never felt rushed.
While the actual services are pretty good, the management and their cancellation policy is horrendous. After being a routine customer for over a year, getting my nails and toes done almost every two weeks, I ended up being delayed on a flight and missing my appointment. When they called me, after my plane just landed, to ask whether I was coming in, I apologized and asked to reschedule. Vick, the manager, told me that he was going to charge me 1/2 of the services that I missed when I come for my next service. I explained that I have been a loyal customer and he said "too bad, it's our cancellation policy." I told him clearly I will take my business elsewhere since they don't seem to value customer loyalty. He didn't care. Business must be booming if you can treat your customers so terribly. Good luck.
