Beautiful newly remodeled nail salon. They are always friendly and I got a very nice pedicure today without an appointment. I read some of the old reviews and the new chairs all have plastic in the tubs. I found it all to be hygienic and relaxing.
This has been my go to nail salon for over a year now. Their quality is great and I'm in and out within an hour. They recently remodeled and the place looks fantastic. Definitely would recommend.
I just love this spa! Every time I come in they treat me so nice! I don't live in the area but will make a trip to come here because it's such an amazing experience.
I called at 6:00 tonight to ask when I could come in for a Dip manicure and was told they could fit me in.
Not only do my nails look great but they were friendly and quick. Will definitely be booking another appointment.
We made appointments ahead of time. When we arrived we showed them pictures of the length and shape we wanted and asked if they could do that. They said yes and talked us into adding pedicures to our existing Apts. We even demonstrated the length she wanted with an acrylic tip. They still said yes we can do that no problem. They started Me on a pedicure and my daughter on nails. The lady must have decided since she was a teen she didn't get a say in what she got because I could hear my daughter telling her that she wanted them really long like the pictures and the lady proceeded to cut them shorter and shorter. My daughter kept asking her to fix the crooked ones and file the ones with globs of acrylic on the tips to which the lady became aggressive with the tools on her nails/ hands and still did not fix them. Meanwhile they are rushing my pedicure and I'm not really sure they finished it? I still have calluses on my left foot and when the lady left for the man to do the relaxing massage part he didn't even rub it long enough for the lotion to soak in! After my pedicure I went to sit by my visibly upset daughter and immediately noticed how short the nails were. When I asked the lady why so short and not like the picture she says we don't do long nails. This is super confusing because by this time we have shown multiple pics and even used an acrylic tip to show the length/ shape which they repeatedly told us they could do. Not only that but they quoted her a higher price and said its because the length/shape she wanted. By this time I'm supposed to get my nails done and my daughter was supposed to get the pedicure when the man tells us we need to leave. He then charged me more for the pedicure than the lady quoted me and charged my daughter the "long nails" price even tho they were short and sloppily done. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They are not honest people and they do not care about their customers. The nail technician is lacking customer service and technique to be honest. The 2 that did my pedicure have been there for years so I really am unsure what their excuse could be. Hoping my review of our experience will save the next person heartache. Customer Beware!!!
