Don't even get me started! Melissa my mail technician was amazing but the owner... so many words I can't get started. Best advice I can give is for Melissa to go find a new place to work!
Went in for a pedicure. If you're looking for a quick job this will be your place. No frills, no chat. Get the job done. Basic pedicure is 30.00 and basic is basic. No lotion no massage no hot towels. And they paint and spray your toes. You can put your own shoes back on. Paint job is decent . Oh and if you use a card they will tack on 2%
I've been having professional manicures and pedicures for over 40 years, and I can honestly say that Lilly's salon is the best, most beautiful, most hospitable, and most professional salon I've been to in any state in the United States in which I have lived or traveled. Everything is very clean. The color selection is amazing. The type of services are varied, the technicians are all skillful. The hospitality is delightful. The technology they use to support all your appointments and appointment changes is easy to use. It's in a lovely place where you can walk down and get something at the bakery and do some boutique shopping. I have referred many friends here, and I just brought my cousin in from Canada and said one of the nicest salons she loved her service as well!! 5 stars to Lilly and her team!!
Third strike and they are out. Last 3 times I went to get a mani and pedi I have had a bad experience. I did not receive a manicure. Just a polish change. First time I didn't say anything. Second I said something and lady said she didn't know it was a manicure. Third time today I specifically asked the owner for a mani pedi and received a great pedicure but still just a polish change. When I asked again why I didn't get a manicure she said oh she didn't know. Was charged 45 for and polish a 5 for polish removal. These prices have gotten out of control. I don't mind paying for a good service. Just want what I ask for
