368 nail bar in Conyers, GA

I told them all I wanted was gel polish and that I would be charged 20$. The lady did not listen and went ahead and cut my cuticles even tho I didn't need it so I still got charged $35 I came in with long natural nails and this lady filed my nails really short and into all sorts of weird shapes that I did not ask for. You can't really see it in the pictures but the nails a super bumpy and there were even little hairs inside the polish and she continued to just paint over them. I kept trying to tell her but she said she didn't see anything ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ also I kept asking for a lighter shade of pink and she insisted that I get this color because it looks pretty. Like yes lady but I'm paying and I want a different color!! She only did like 2 layers of color and one of clear the gel was super thin. She did not even paint the full nail. I left very unhappy so I decided to go back in and show the manager he instantly saw how ugly they were and offered an apology and for me to go back and have someone fix them for me.

This might actually be the worst nail job I've ever had. Rushed, unorganized and too much money for a manicure. This doesn't even look like it's gel. I would never recommend this place.

Gel full set and gel pedicure, pedicure was excellent no complaints there Daisy did her thing as always however Jessica the nail tech is sloppy and does horrible work she's a disgrace to all nails tech quality was less than a negative zero do not let her play on your hands or feet. The vibe is so bad I was turned off when I called to let them know I was coming back in to fix my nails the kid had the nerve to say we're busy with customers like my $120 was a gift Smfh non the less if you could go elsewhere please do.my nails are only 3 days old

BE AWARE WHEN COMING HERE !!!!! They will charge you for things that you didn't ask for or for a length that you do not have ! I've been coming for the last year and just recently have had problems with the pricing when confronted they get defensive and start naming services that weren't completed . I got a full set with medium length nails and even stated when she was cutting them that I wanted medium. I get to the registered after having to go back and forth the lady who messed up my pedicure and the quote me $70 for a full set bc they are long ?! And at that point I began questioning them bc my nails are long at all. She tried to justify it and I asked the lady who typically does my nails and she even said the shape was $5 dollars and they weren't long ...until her friends started trying to justify it to her and she recanted her statement and said it was reasonable. I don't mind paying for any service but I don't like the hidden charges and lying .

Please don't waste your time coming to this nail salon! Vivi is the WORST Nail tech here! Selena and Long was very rude and customer service was poor! they rush to do my nails and wouldn't fix them! please consider mindy or allure nail bar if in conyers
