Beauty Nails in Conyers, GA

If you work hard for your money, do not spend ur money here. If you want ur nails to look nice for an event, I repeat, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. If you want to waste ur time and money, you do you boo. I got my nails done here the night before my cruise and I cried the whole way home. My nails looked HORRIBLE $65 down the toilet. If I paid with a CC I would've disputed the transaction. I have nail supplies at home but I wanted to splurge on myself. After my appt, i went home and sanded down the acrylic and repainted them. Sis, my nails were lifting after I got home and showered. JUST NO. I didn't take a picture bc I didn't want to be reminded of this traumatic event.

I have been going here for months and today was the day I was most disturbed with the service rendered to me. The old man I think owner allowed me to sit and so I can soak my feet and as I was getting ready to sit down I saw hair and on the foot prop. I told the guy and he said it was clean that I didn't not see what I saw and I'm totally not crazy. I only come to this place to get my daughter and I pedicure done by Mrs. T and Nancy. I may have to reconsider coming back because no establishment is going to make me feel like what I say is not important. When I happily spend my money and don't complain about the cost. I love my pedicure every-time I come here.

I've been here twice and the people were nice but the quality of service is pretty bad. My gel manicure was very messy/sloppy both times and they did little to fix it. They need to train their nail techs.

I came here 3 weeks ago to get a pedicure. I had gotten a full set of acrylic nails at another salon earlier that day but didn't have time for the pedicure. The first pedicure I got was nice. HOWEVER, I just came today for a fill and a pedicure and my overall experience was lack luster. I walked in and requested a fill and a pedicure. The lady told me to sign in and pick a color. I did and went right back to a chair. The pedicure was actually decent although it was hard to actually relax because there was a second lady doing my fill in at the same time. The thing that annoyed me about the pedicure is the lady took a break to go eat before finishing my service. WTF!!! I was just sitting there for 15min with my feet in some paraffin. She didn't say excuse me for a moment or anything. I only know wage was rating because I asked another technician if the lady had forgotten about me and he replied, "she's eating"! SMDH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The fill-in was sub par. I asked the lady the then the acrylic because is looked very thick. She said ok but my nails still look super thick. In addition, the shape is horrible and there is acrylic and polish all around the free edge! Also there is some debris under the acrylic. I didn't notice until she was done but I'm sure she felt it when she was massaging my hands at the end. At that point I was over the entire experience and I knew I'd be doing somewhere else to get my nails fixed so I didn't even bring it up to the lady. I just paid $93 total (pedicure with gel and acrylic full-in with gel) and left. Poor quality!!!

I've been going to this shop for years. I've seen nail techs come and go. Mostly go. I've put up with less than great service in the last year because they were convenient and overall did a decent job. However, Kay,the only real bright spot in their shop, has left Techs are on their phone constantly and honestly, the quality has really suffered. The male owner is often loud and often rude to staff and, unexplicitly, clients. I don't want to go to a salon where there is yelling and shouting. It's too bad...they used to be a really nice, busy shop. They are very clean though which I appreciated but the negatives are far outweighing the positives so its time to find somewhere else.
