It has taken me months to write this review, but at least now I can laugh at the way I was treated at this salon. I came in for a consultation to see if I could lighten my hair before a special event. I remember being on time and waiting 15 minutes for the visit (which was fine... in no rush). After waiting, I was finally approached by who I believe is Eddie (never was told his name). We chatted and I enthusiastically showed him the pictures of what I was hoping for, which were actually pictures of myself from a previous balayage session a few years ago. He told me what I was wishing for was impossible, especially in one session (although my prior balayage only took one session?). He also mentioned that I looked much better in the picture I showed him - which I'll admit stung at the time. I ended up walking away from the consultation feeling a bit hurt, disappointed, and just generally appalled at how humans can be so apathetic sometimes - especially at a place where I was hoping for a new, refreshing look! After reading other reviews, I am sad to hear that I am not the only one who has experienced this. I hope we can all empower each other one day instead of the alternative.

This place is a joke!!! I called them to make an appointment and I left them all my information.... Never received a call back!
I made an appointment with this salon because the Kerastase website says this salon carries their products; these products are used by Blake Lively and Paris Hilton. I had to see what the hype was about so I made an appointment for a wash and blow out. I also got a steam treatment to help my cuticles and promote shiny hair. My stylist showed me how to use the specific products she recommended and also showed me new tricks on how to style my hair- I loved it because I can do this at home...well, sort of LOL! My hair looks amazing - what more can I say!
These photos are from my first and second time at the salon. Last September I went for a trim and today I added color to my hair for the first time. To say that I love it is truly an understatement and I can't stop looking at it. Isabel has done an amazing job with my hair. I hands down recommend this place to anyone searching for high quality work from experienced stylists. I just love them. . Can't wait to be back.
