I've been getting my nails done by Jeanette for years and she's nothing short of professional and talented. She treats you like family all while doing a fantastic job on your nails. Whether a pedicure or manicure, Jeanette will take care of your wants while keeping you looking fabulous!

These ladies are wizards. I got my hair and makeup done for a pre wedding Welcome Dinner, and they did such a fabulous job!! Brittany really listened to what I wanted and the look I was going for. She gave me this gorgeous glow, perfectly matched my complexion, and stuck to a more natural color palette. Kyla did my hair and flawlessly recreated a look I had found on Pinterest. I mean, how often does real life work out better than an online pic?! They were warm, friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. I felt beautiful stepping out of their salon and got compliments all night. Make sure you book ahead of time!! No wonder they are super popular, both with locals and tourists. Thank you ladies so much!

After a terrible experience at another local salon, Calistoga was redeemed thanks to Jeanette who was very professional and did a great job styling our hair for a wedding. One blow out/style and one braid/curl. She does mani pedis too. Thank you, Jeanette!

Booked a 1pm and 1:45pm appointment for my friend and I to get blowouts before a wedding. I arrived at 1:10 (called to say I'd be late) and Jeanette told me she would not have time to blow it out with the round brush but would have to use a flatiron. I was done by 1:35pm and my friend's appointment also finished in ~30 minutes. We were each charged $65 for our blowouts. I didn't say anything in the moment, but afterwards, realized that seemed quite high. I double checked the salon site which lists a blowout as $45. I emailed right away to ask why we were charged almost 50% more than advertised. We were told that each stylist can charge whatever they want and it's due to "timing and thickness". Jeanette did a nice job with my hair and I hesitate to write a bad review of a small business - but I was shocked to see a similar review talking about their "make it up as you go" pricing system. It's not ok to list prices on your site and then have stylists choose prices on the fly. One star for horrific pricing practices - would not recommend.

We were here in Calistoga for a little getaway and the place we are staying at charged $300 for a facial which we thought was ridiculous. So we took a chance on this place and it was wonderful. Tiffany did a great job on our facials and was so nice. The clothes place is clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place which apparently is favored by locals
