I am very very very upset! My nails and their health is destroyed. I have no idea what they did to my nails or what polish they used. the process was nice.. like a normal gel manicure. I was happy with how they turned out. After a few days my gel started cracking and like ripeling on my nail bed... gel should last longer the next two days. Each one of my nails broke off. MY NATURAl NAILS! one broke off so short my nail bed was exposed. After removing what was remaking of the polish I noticed how damage my middle finger on my left hand Nail bed is..it Hurts and my nail plate is almost completely gone. I am extremely upset especially cause the price was also very expensive. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I came in to 316 nails at a little before 10 AM for a full set of nails for my daughter my best friend and myself they did great on my daughters and my friend's Set however The lady that I had although she was very sweet she took 3 hours to do my nails and they came out nothing like I Wanted them to They are not Ombre like the picture they are all different shapes with bubbles in them and she did cut into my cuticles a few times everybody keeps asking why I didn't have them fix them but after sitting in the chair for 3 hours and leaving at 1:30 I didn't want to spend any more time in there I hate to say it because I do not usually give bad reviews but I do not plan on going back to the nail salon again especially after spending over $360 not including tip for these 3 sets
I'm a client at 360 nail. First time I visited the business I went for a full set, which includes tip, acrylic, and gel polish. Linh did an absolutely amazing job. Went back two or three weeks later for my fills, still is so satisfied with what their doing. Would recommend them. Five stars.
I hate to be the bear of bad news but this place has messed up my nails multiple times. The first time my top coat came off, the second time the nail polish went over my cuticle and the third time they put way too much nail polish on that my nails were bumpy and within 7 days the nails polish started cracking. I use gel polish.
Went here for a pedicure and manicure before my vacation which was a Friday. I did a gel manicure and pedicure because I wanted it to last for vacation. I got them done on a Tuesday and when I returned home I saw that my pinky toe was not painted and forgotten. I had to go drive all the way back for them to fix my nail. It is now 2 day later and I see that my other pinky toe's polished chipped all the way off and the other one closest to that has already chipped. Regular nail polish last longer than two days on my toes. I am very upset with the quality of this gel pedicure that cost me 50 dollars and did not even make it without a chip to my vacation this Friday. Now I have to find another place that can fix them before I leave since I am no longer in the area. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want a high quality gel pedicure and manicure. Please go elsewhere if you can! Not worth the money at all.
